I reached out to Taylor'd Finish to paint a set of aftermarket fender flares I purchased for my truck. They were very quick to respond to my email (48 hours). I wanted the flares to have a matte textured look to them and they delivered! I ended up having them install them as well as fix a small dent/scratch a rock had put on my truck. Throughout the whole process Jeff kept me up to date on what was going on, answered any questions I had, and made sure to call me about any questions/concerns they had. The fender flares look amazing on the truck, the dent is completely gone like it never even happened, and the scratch you can barely see (if you're looking for it). Jeff worked really hard to not only get everything done that I needed done but also not over price or try to "sell" me something I didn't need. I trusted them to get the job done right and THEY DID!! I won't go anywhere else for any kind of body work 😁

I am so happy with the work their dent repair man did! My Camry had awful dents around the entire car from a previous hail storm. I eventually got the courage to go and get a quote. I was expecting $3,000 minimum for the damage- if that tells you how bad it was/looked. I was pleasantly surprised when they only quoted me $2,000. I dropped my car off Friday and picked it up today. The estimate stayed exactly the same and not a single dent was visible anymore! My jaw was on the floor. They even gave it a good wash and had it parked on the side ready for me! Everyone was so kind besides the lady right when you walk in. She kind of looked at my dad and I with a “What do you want?”🙄 attitude when we first brought it in and never once greeted us. However, everyone else was fantastic (especially Jeff)! My only recommendation would be to call and update on the day of pick up. We did have to call this morning and make sure it was done over the weekend. Overall, I am so so so pleased with their work and highly recommend them!😊

Had to bring my car in after someone backed into my rear bumper, and this shop made the whole thing way less stressful. They explained the repair process clearly and kept me updated while the work was being done. The paint match came out better than I expected, honestly couldn’t tell where the damage was before. Staff was polite and easy to talk with, which matters a lot when dealing with car issues. It took a day longer than first estimated, but they let me know ahead of time. Overall, solid experience and I’d use them again if needed.
